Checklist.
Things to teach the people of England about:
[ ] Bar-B-Ques
[X] Why Thanksgiving is an important holiday
[X] How baseball and football work
[X] Why we were "right" in the Revolutionary War
[X] The delicious taste of Ranch
[X] Why cheese fries are the best drunk munchie ever

Things to learn from the people of England:
[X] Vocabulary (such as queue, lorry, lift, etc.)
[X] How the fuck you play Cricket (and why you would want to?)
[X] Their quirky and kooky holidays (such as Guy Fawkes Day, Boxing Day and others)

Vocab thus far:
queue - line (it should be mentioned the English LOVE lining up for stuff... don't ask me.)
chuckin' out time - when pubs close (usu. about 11pm)
mobile - cell phone
lift - elevator
top up - add (usually to call credit on phones)
are you ok? - how's it going?
fresher - freshman
well - very, incredibly, (a general intensifier) Ex. "The scene in commedia class was well funny."
fit - good looking, attractive, sexy, hot
minger/mingy - ugly or disgusting (minger as in person, mingy as in thing)
proper - whole, complete, correct, in most superior form Ex. "US chips are thin, whereas English chips are proper potatoes."
can't be bothered/can't be asked - I'd rather not, I'm too lazy, I won't put out the effort
taking the piss out of you - making fun of you
knackered - tired, exhausted
chips - french fries
cheese and chips - cheese fries
crisps - potato chips
